In their endeavour to provide quality medical care to you and your family, the doctors would welcome both positive and negative comments so that they may improve their services to you. Periodically you may be asked to complete a questionnaire. These are completely anonymous and confidential.
Hope Island Medical Centre Pty Ltd provides your treating doctor with practice management services and staff act in accordance with their instructions. Your treating doctor is an independent individual GP tenant who is responsible to you for all conduct.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care or service you receive at this practice, please speak to one of your doctors, the practice manager or the reception staff, and the issue will be addressed. You are also welcome to submit your feedback in writing.
