Hope Island Medical Centre provides 24-hour care for patients through the local after-hours deputising services. They can be contacted after hours via the surgery number or by telephoning them directly.

Hello Home Doctor is a visiting and telehealth service that bulk-bills Medicare-eligible patients (conditions may apply). Please check with the service directly for any specific requirements.

To ensure continuing care for patients, details of any after-hours visits are forwarded to the practice on the next working day. Hello Home Doctor maintains our doctors’ after-hours telephone, mobile & fax numbers so your care is seamless.

The National Home Doctor Service also hold a list of your doctors’ after-hours telephone, mobile & fax numbers to ensure continuity of care.

Cub Care is a private paediatric after-hours telehealth service run by paediatricians. Information about the service and fees can be found at https://www.cubcare.com.au/ .
